The Conference Company successfully completed this technically demanding project within the allocated project time and budget. The conference was successfully hosted as agreed and exceeded all expectations. The service provided to SAMA and the Organising committee was exceptional and highly professional at all times.
The Conference Company team that worked on this project consisted of the various discipline specialists that are highly experienced and skilled individuals with great technical abilities that were exhibited during the project. The secretariat function provided was also of the highest order.
The team was supported with great leadership, by the management team of the Conference Company, which allowed excellent problem resolution timeously and jointly with the organising committee. The team worked very well with the organising committee with great co-ordination and inter dependencies between all parties concerned.
The Conference Company is a capacitated organisation with great skills and innovation and provided an exceptional service to SAMA and comes highly recommended in the planning and management of conferences and events of this scale and scope.
The Conference company assembled a team of dedicated, efficient and responsive professionals, who gave freely of their time and expertise. As soon as registration opened and the drink reception kicked off, there was a buzz in the air that made all the preparations for the conference worthwhile.
Furthermore, there is a culture of anticipating needs and taking initiative amongst all employee and this is fostered by the continuous support of their CEO, Nina, who takes a keen interest in the activities of AAAE and AEASA.
It was equally satisfying and fascinating to see how the sense of identification and belonging permeated conference events, where participants and presenters engaged with a network of colleagues, accomplished and emerging academics and students. I cannot recommend highly enough the pleasure of getting The Conference Company involved in the associations’ activities, which has fostered a fruitful business and personal relationship and has brought about growth and positive change for our organisations.
Having implemented previous conferences together with other service providers, most notably Rare X 2016 and 2018, our experience with ConfoCo was refreshing. Their extensive experience and expertise, professionalism, competence and attention to detail contributed significantly to making the event a success. In particular, their knowledgeable and personable team worked well with the RDSA team and helped make an extremely stressful process and event less challenging. ConfCo also helped with the additional accessibility needs of the RareX participants, which included many rare disease patients and people living with disabilities.
The service that we received from The Conference Company was exceptional with the team being talented at both big picture ideas and executing the small details. They were capable of taking control and executing to the fullest with great attention to detail for every part of the event. Their management of the client relationship from creation through to execution was brilliant as they are detail orientated and organised, making the relationship effortless and pleasant.

I say a huge thank you for your exceptional work on the USAID 4th Annual Global Health Local Partner Meeting. We have been told time and time again how impressed USAID Leadership was on how well the meeting was executed, from the smooth transition between sessions, the AV and IT support, quickly and effectively responding to last minute requests, designating space and food for VIPs; everything went so well. I also personally appreciated the use of the cow bell to help wrangle attendees. It really worked!
We passed Conference Company’s name on to other USG agencies who will be organizing meetings in the future, because we truly were so impressed.

I said it before, but this deserves to be repeated: I so much appreciate and enjoy working with you and your team as you are professional and task oriented. I am sure all of you have your sensitive points, like all of us, but you and your staff seem to be able to set these aside while a job needs to be done. As you mentioned, you and your staff now also face a mammoth task with the scientific program, but you are going to do it without expecting a Nobel Prize for doing it. But you will be assured my warm gratitude and admiration.
I would like to thank you most sincerely again for all your hard work in organizing such a successful SAHeart congress alongside the WSCTS congress. The two gala events that I attended were excellent… The exhibition space was light and airy and … the majority of the industry partners were very happy… My interaction with all international faculty was extremely complimentary and positive and the local delegates enjoyed all aspects of the conference.
The Conference Company role in coordinating, planning and executing the logistics of the event was spectacular, and at most of the times they exceeded our expectation. Delivered by a team with full dedication, high quality standards and having ownership to the event made it very enjoyable for us to work with your entire team. The efficiency of the Registration and Finance Team prior to the conference and on-site was commendable, as was the helpfulness of the Project Team with delegate queries and assistance.
